We keep this simple. Brown Boxer Marketing collects as little information as possible and uses it only to respond to you and do the work you ask for.

What we collect

When you request an audit or email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, firm name, email address, website, and any message you include. Our form is processed by a third-party form service (Formspree), which handles the submission on our behalf.

How we use it

We use it to prepare and send your audit, answer your questions, and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to newsletters without asking.

Your clients' information

We don't receive, export, or store your clients' personal or tax information. Review-request and follow-up emails run from your firm's own tools.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive basic technical information such as your IP address.

Opting out and deleting data

Email us at hello@brownboxermarketing.com to stop hearing from us or to ask us to delete what you've sent. We'll honor opt-out requests promptly, and always within 10 business days.
