Who we help

Small, independent businesses that live on trust and reviews

We're starting with one industry so we can do it really well.

More industries coming

Other local businesses

We plan to serve more independent businesses soon. Run a different kind of business? Say hello. We'd love to hear from you.

How it works

Four simple steps, all by email

No calls are required. You stay in control, and we handle the work.

  1. Request your free audit

Send us your firm name and website. We'll email you a one-page snapshot with three quick wins.

  2. Fill out a short questionnaire

Tell us your services, ideal clients, tone, and any topics to avoid. It takes about 10 minutes.

  3. Review the drafts

Articles, Google posts, and email templates arrive in your inbox. Edit or approve them by replying.

  4. We publish and report

We publish approved work (or send you ready-to-paste files) and email you a plain-English monthly report.

Your time: about 15 minutes a month to review and approve. Nothing is published or sent without your OK.

What's included

The essentials that help a local firm get found and chosen

SEO articles

Two helpful articles a month, written for the clients you want in your city and niche. Each one is drafted for your review, and you check it for tax accuracy.

Google Business Profile posts

One to four posts a month covering deadlines, seasonal reminders, and firm updates, so your profile looks active and current.

Fair review requests

A polite review-request email set up inside your own tools. It goes to every client you choose, with no rewards for reviewing and no screening for happy clients only.

Prospect follow-ups

Gentle, automatic follow-ups to people who inquired but didn't sign, sent from your email or CRM.

Review reply drafts

Warm, professional replies for every new review, written so they never confirm someone is a client or mention their situation. You approve them and post.

Monthly report

A plain-English email covering what we published, your review count and rating trend, profile activity, and next month's plan.

Pricing

Simple, published prices. No surprises.

Start small with the Starter trial, or go straight to monthly. There are no long-term contracts.

Ask about a founding spot

Prices don't include any paid advertising. We don't run ads. We don't guarantee rankings, leads, or revenue; we do the work consistently and report on it honestly.

How we work with you

Clear ground rules, up front

You approve everything

Nothing is published or sent without your OK. You can edit any draft.

You own tax accuracy

We're marketers, not tax professionals. We don't give tax advice, so you review each article for accuracy.

We never handle client data

Review requests and follow-ups run from your own tools. We never receive, export, or store your client lists or tax information.

Your accounts, your content

You own your Google profile, website, and everything we create for you, including if you leave.

FAQ

Answers to the questions you'd ask on a sales call

Do we need to get on a call?

No. Everything happens by email, including the questionnaire, drafts, approvals, and reports. If you'd ever like a call, just ask.

How much of my time does this take?

About 15 minutes a month to review and approve drafts. Before tax season we can front-load content so you have even less to do from January to April.

Do we approve everything before it goes live?

Yes. Every article, post, email template, and review reply is sent to you first. You can edit, approve, or reject it. Nothing is published or sent without your OK.

Who's responsible for tax accuracy?

You are. We write the drafts with AI assistance and human editing, but we aren't tax professionals and don't give tax advice. Tax rules are technical and change often, so you (or someone at your firm) check each article before it's published.

Do you need our client list or access to client data?

No, never. Review requests and follow-ups run from your own email, CRM, or practice-management tool. We either set them up with limited access and then step away, or send you step-by-step instructions and templates to set up yourself. We never receive, export, or store client lists, tax information, or engagement details. Please confirm the setup fits your own professional confidentiality obligations.

Is asking clients for reviews allowed?

Yes, if it's done fairly. We follow Google's and the FTC's rules: no paying or rewarding people for reviews, and no filtering requests so only happy clients get asked. Review reply drafts never confirm that a reviewer is a client or mention their situation.

Is there a contract? Can we cancel?

The Starter trial is a one-time purchase. Monthly is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. You keep everything we've created.

How fast will we see work?

Your free audit arrives within a few business days. Starter trial drafts arrive within 7–10 business days after we receive your questionnaire. Monthly content follows a regular schedule that we agree on together.

What do you need from us to start?

Your website and Google profile link, a completed questionnaire (services, ideal clients, tone, topics to avoid), and either limited access to your Google profile and email tool or a willingness to paste in what we send.

Will this get us to #1 on Google?

No one can honestly promise that, and we won't. Results aren't guaranteed. We commit to consistent, high-quality content, an active Google profile, and a fair, steady process for earning genuine reviews, which are the things a firm can actually control.
